Our objective is to provide our customers with the best service possible. Below you will find our purchase conditions. Handling of Information
The information you submit to www.formagnifica.com will be handled with utmost care and respect. Formagnifica will only use the personal information when we are handling orders, during shipments and deliveries, for secure payments and, in some cases, customs declarations. All information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

Ordering
The depiction of furniture and prices are not a binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. The information on the homepage is subject to change by us and may be changed without notice. You can place your order on our homepage by adding your furniture of choice into the shopping cart. During the checkout process you will be asked to fill in information, which you will be able to change until you click the “Pay securely” button on the checkout page. By ordering on our homepage and confirming by clicking the “Pay securely” button, your order is an offer to us to buy the goods you have ordered on the site. We will acknowledge your order by sending you an automatically generated confirmation Email, which will contain information on the furniture ordered, prices, shipping specifications, as well as the information filled in by you in the ordering process. Please read through this Email carefully, making sure that all information is correct. Should an error have occurred, please contact our customer service immediately to make the necessary amendments to your order. Prices
 The prices shown on the homepage at the time of the order are the ones that apply.

  • Prices for residents in the European Union
     All prices at Formagnifica are gross prices including VAT (Value Added Tax), which is clearly shown on the invoice. Applicable local VAT is added for Latvia. The total price includes the price for the furniture. All deliveries are free of charge. Our prices are automatically presented in accordance with your currency. This is based on your computer’s IP number. Applicable currencies are Applicable currencies are EUR, BGN, CZK, DKK, HUF, PLN, RON, SEK, and HRK.
  • Prices for residents in United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA and Canada

    If you are accessing our website from USA, Canada, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, or your computer or server is located in USA, Canada, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the prices on our website are shown without VAT/Sales Tax. You pay the applicable import taxes and customs fee according to your country’s policy when your order is delivered. You may also be charged an administrative fee by the shipping company. For residents outside of the EU, prices are presented in USD, CAD, GBP, and CHF respectively. Contact your country's customs office for more information.

  • Company Orders and Intra-Community Acquisition

Payment
Formagnifica offers several payment alternatives. We accept most major payments methods, such as payment by PayPal and major credit cards. We also accept money transfer to our bank account and offer direct VAT deduction for corporate customers within the EU with a valid VAT number.

Refusal of Transaction
 To be eligible to purchase furniture from us on this website and form a contract, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen years of age
  • Register using your real name, phone number, email address, and payment details
  • Provide a shipping address that is not a PO-box or Poste restante
  • Use a valid credit/debit card that is acceptable to our payment partner or an alternative accepted payment method (e.g. PayPal)

We cannot accept your order if:

  • Your payment is not accepted
  • We are unable to deliver due to reasons out of our control (e.g., discontinued product)

Ways of Delivery and Availability
 Delivery is free of charge for all destinations. For additional shipping details, refer to our Shipping Information page. Formagnifica uses different suppliers for shipping based on product and destination. Expected delivery times are shown next to each product. If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we may send partial shipments at no extra charge. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched. Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable, we will inform you by email.

Transport Liability
Formagnifica is responsible if the shipment is damaged or lost during transportation to the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service if a product is returned. It is not obligatory, but we recommend using the original packaging or similar to avoid damage when returning a product to us. If shipments with obvious damages are delivered, you are obliged to make a complaint to the transportation company immediately and to refuse the acceptance of the shipment. Please also create a case through our return portal or contact our customer service (info@formagnifica.com), so that Formagnifica is able to protect its right to satisfy claims against the transportation company. Hidden damages are to be reported to Formagnifica (info@formagnifica.com ) or via the return portal available here immediately after your notice, though no later than five days after receiving the shipment. Our customer service representative will then inform you of how to proceed with the complaint.

Undelivered Package
 If the carrier is unable to deliver the package and it is returned to us, Formagnifica reserves the right to charge you a handling fee of 50 EUR. In most countries, our shipping partner will make at least two attempts at delivery or store the shipment at a service point for a set number of days. If not collected, the item is returned.


Complaints
 If there is an issue with your shipment, register your claim via our return portal and contact us at info@formagnifica.com. Include photographic evidence where applicable. Returns should be sent using original packaging where possible. Clearly mark packages with 'RETURN' and your original tracking number.

Return Policy / Right to Cancel
 You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your items. Notification of cancellation must be sent to info@formagnifica.com . You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation notice. Exceptions apply for custom or personalized items. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Cancellation by Formagnifica
 We reserve the right to cancel your order in the case of stock errors, pricing mistakes, or other exceptional circumstances.

 Consumers may use the EU's ODR platform to settle disputes online: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Governing Law
These terms comply with the EU E-commerce Directive. Terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.
