Return Policy 

Your satisfaction is important to us at Formagnifica. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that circumstances can change, and we’re here to assist you.

You may return any Formagnifica furniture item in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receiving it. Items that are returned damaged, missing components, or not in their original packaging may be declined. Return shipping costs to our warehouse in Latvia are the responsibility of the customer. To start a return, please email support@formagnifica.com with your order number and reason for return.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, you may choose to receive a refund (less shipping costs) or have the order shipped again.

Damaged Furniture

Please inspect your delivery within 30 days of receipt and notify us if anything is missing or damaged. Take clear photographs of the damage — ideally when the courier is present — to help us assess your claim. Depending on the issue, we may issue a partial refund or send a replacement. Retain the original packaging to ensure a smooth claims process.

Undamaged Furniture Unused

Undamaged items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns must include the original packaging and arrive in resalable condition. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the return reaches our warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If canceled in time, you will receive a full refund. Contact support@formagnifica.com to cancel. Refunds are processed within 14 days of confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason. To do this, email a clear withdrawal statement to support@formagnifica.com and return the furniture within 14 days in its original condition and packaging. The withdrawal is valid as long as the notice is sent before the 30-day period ends.

Items should be unused and returned in a complete and original state. Any reduction in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine the item may affect your refund.

The right to withdraw does not apply to:

• Furniture made to order or customized to your specifications
• Items that are inseparable from other products after delivery

If the return and withdrawal are accepted, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery fees, within 30 days. Refunds are processed using your original payment method unless otherwise arranged. We may delay the refund until we have received the returned items or proof of return.
